These terms govern your use of AgentForge. By creating a workspace, embedding an agent, or paying an invoice, you agree to what's below. We've kept it readable.
The service
AgentForge lets you build AI agents, embed them in any site, and charge for them through the payment gateway of your choice. You bring the use case; we run the platform.
Your account
You must be at least eighteen years old and able to enter a binding contract. You're responsible for everything that happens under your workspace, including the actions of teammates you invite.
Keep your credentials secret. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access at security@agentforge.dev.
Acceptable use
Don't use AgentForge to break the law, infringe rights, harass people, build agents that impersonate real individuals without consent, or generate content that exploits minors. Don't try to reverse engineer the platform or evade rate limits.
You're responsible for what your agents say to end users. Review your instructions, test edge cases, and disclose that users are talking to AI when context requires it.
Your content
You own the agents you build, the instructions you write, the files you upload, and the conversations they generate. You grant AgentForge a limited license to host, transmit, and process that content strictly to run the service for you.
Payments and refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance. Usage above your plan is billed in arrears. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated explicitly in your order.
When you charge your own end users through AgentForge, you are the merchant of record for those transactions. You set the price, you handle the customer relationship, you keep the margin.
Third-party services
AgentForge integrates with model providers, payment gateways, and embed targets. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We're not liable for outages or changes outside our control.
Termination
You can close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, put the platform at risk, or fail to pay. We'll give reasonable notice except when a fast response is needed to protect users or the service.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is." AI outputs can be wrong, biased, or unexpected — review them before you act on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
